1 · What We Collect
When you create an account and place orders, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, care preferences, and the IP address used at account creation. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
2 · How We Use It
We use your information to fulfill your orders, send order updates, improve our service, and contact you about your account. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.
3 · Who We Share It With
We share your data only with the services required to run Dear Launder:
Stripe processes your payments.

Klaviyo sends your order confirmation emails and, if you opted in, SMS order updates.

We share only what these services need to function. No other third parties receive your personal information.
4 · SMS Communications
If you consented to SMS at signup, we will send order pickup and delivery updates via Klaviyo. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by toggling off in your account settings.
5 · Data Retention
We retain your order history for 3 years for service quality and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

We use HTTPS throughout, Stripe for all payment processing, and Base44 for secure data storage. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by the New York SHIELD Act.
8 · Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies for session management only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
9 · Children
Our service is not directed at anyone under 18.
